The benefits of remote monitoring (RM) have been demonstrated in multiple clinical studies and become the standard care for patients with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). Benefits include fewer hospitalizations, reduction mortality improved workflow by reducing in-office visits. As RM utilization increases, amount transmitted data can a resource burden responsible caregivers. To evaluate alert from actively monitored CIED within US-based integrated healthcare system to identify opportunities optimize provider workload. We conducted an epidemiologic descriptive study using 9,781 Patients 7 centers Kaiser Permanent who were BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring® (HM) 1/1/22 through 7/31/22.
